Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At RuBee Baby we take pride in our product and are committed to offering the best quality of merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your purchase (shipping costs not included) or give you a store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition.
Instructions:
E-mail your exchange/return request to contact@rubeebaby.com. Make sure to let us know if you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive a store credit. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number, and what item you would like to exchange it for (if applicable) in the e-mail. Returns/exchanges must be processed within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure to include a copy of the original invoice for our records. Once the email is received, we will provide you with shipping information.

Items may not qualify under these circumstances:
-Items that have been personalized/monogrammed (unless defective)
-Final sale items
-If purchased from one of our retail locations
-If washed or altered in any way
Shipping Information:
All purchases are shipped out of Boise, ID. Orders placed on weekdays, Monday through Friday, will normally ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. You should receive your package within 1-10 days of processing, depending on your proximity to Boise, ID. Orders placed Friday after 4:00 PM MST, Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays will normally be processed the next business day. In the event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
